I saw a wonderful detail while playing forza horizon 2, increased vibration when the vehicle was trying to upshift, normalization of vibration when gear up really great detail
    i hope devs hear me

Read the rules: it is against rules to create two threads about the same thing.

This would be great. Also on wheel there’s 0 road vibrations, you only feel the force of the wheels centering but not them running over the pavement. Would be great if they could fix this as well.

Explain more? The force you feel through your wheel literally depending on how strong you have them set in the FFB settings but also the car you're driving & the tire size

it’s hard to explain but when you drive a car you can feel the road through the wheel. You can feel the wheels. In BeamNG, there’s none of that. All you have is the force of the wheels turning left to right but not them actually on the road. Plus, you don’t feel any vibrations when you rev your engine. Even with strength turned all the way up you can barely feel the road, and at that point it gets very difficult to turn the wheel.

would it be the same case if you un-ticked the "reduce force when not moving" or something option? or is that just for steering centering?

i dont have a wheel.. so just asking.

this is different mate if you can try Forza Horizon 2 you can easily understand this(gamepad vibration enough to feel for this detail)
    and i use ds3 too

g920. I don’t know if it’s just not a detailed wheel or something. I mean, it’s a popular midrange one it can’t be horrible,

Actually, you posted the same thing. Just in different categories. Please read the rules, it's against the rules to post two threads about the same thing.

The two motors in the G29, G920 & G923 put out 0.01 - 0.02Nm each & thanks to the gearing, you get about 2Nm at the steering wheel, which in a majority of cases is good enough to drive with. The G29 motors just simply aren't capable of producing such small & detailed FFB like the minute vibrations that you get from the road. The G923 might be able to do that thanks to its TrueForce system, but it seems like that only works in maybe 5 games at best & I doubt the BeamNG devs would be willing to integrate something so minor.

oooh okay interesting. So this is more of a me problem then. I don't actually think beamng has the feature though and it still should be added (but obviously Im assuming here). Then again, priorities.

Honestly, TrueForce in BeamNG could potentially be a game (heh) changer for the G-series wheels. From what I've seen, iRacing has the best implementation of it & it does add quite a bunch to the experience just through simple very fast vibrations. You can feel the gear changes in a DCT/sequential transmission, you can feel the engine vibrate, you can feel all the smaller details from the road etc. If they would add it, it would definitely be like playing a different game, altough as you said... priorities :(

Now I gotta go get a G923... but then again beamng doesn't support it :(
