    Try either turning off Depth of Field or change the DOF settings in Graphics. It might be because you made a screenshot previously with that DOF, but didn't change it back.

    Turning off DoF is not really the solution. Turn DoF back on and delete default.postfxpreset.cs in the settings folder in your userfolder.
