    It says "will not pass the approval process" but I saw many mods that they haven't any pic.

    I meant many people don't do it but they mod pass approval process. (But pic says it shouldn't pass)

    Maybe if it's stolen and you are afraid of people finding out from the pictures? That's why it SHOULD be a rule to post them, there have been some stolen and then removed mods in the past few months

    I've had mods not be approved because I haven't added pictures, so it definitely is enforced in some cases.

    What was your mods category? I saw some automation and a map that they haven't any pics. So, this message shouldn't show in those categories

    Mods of Mods I think. Also yes in the automation category pretty much everything gets approved
