Vehicle Selector issue

I'm having a weird issue with the vehicle selector, 2 vehicles: the Wentward and the LeGran, don't load with thumbnails or proper name. Instead, their listed by their file names: citybus and legran. Another thing, the D-Series doesn't show up at all, it's only there if I enable mods, even then the mod configs only show up, but the official configs aren't anywhere. What could cause this issue. If it helps, I've got 134 mods installed but only one of them is active. Any help is appreciated, have a good day.

 

Reinstall the game. (Do not delete your Userfolder)

 

I've fixed the issue before you posted the reply, I wasn't able to update the post because the tab kept freezing so I closed it before I got to update the post. Thank you for your advice though. Have a good day
