World editor not coming up

Alright, so I make my own YouTube videos, and I have to access both the new world editor and the old one (the old one because I need to get smooth camera and the new one to move objects and use the script AI manager and the camera path editor, but for some reason, it will only let me access the old one, when I hit f11, nothing happens... If anyone could help me, that would be great!

 

Weird problem, I managed to make new one work, while old editor instantly crashes game. Also Script AI is bugged, you might find out. It isn't as capable as it was in previous version. They fixed water encounters, but still there are situations where Script AI record just gives up following path and idles engine on some obstacles. If they could only revert it to last version...

 

How did you make the new one work?

 

Verify integrity of files via Steam

New one is F11, right?

And how can i verify integrity of that and F10 (old WE)?

 

Right click on game via steam library - properties - local files - verify integrity. It caused some mods to dissapear or stop working, so have a back up in that case.

I managed to fix new one (F11) with verify integrity of files, read my previous post. But old world editor instantly crashes game on 0.23 (new) update..
