You also need a CPU and GPU that meet those requirements. We need the full specs to try to help you.

Since you're using a laptop, there's not much we can do to help you. I would think it's the GPU that is holding you back.

Sorry, but it's near impossible to change/replace a graphics card in a normal (Non-gaming) laptop. The only way to get around this is to put all the setting on lowest and possibly drop the resolution a bit. :/

Nope. You have pretty bad specs for gaming and you won't get very good FPS unless you get a gaming laptop or desktop.

I spray painted my computer black so it would run faster.

I put red flame decals and 32 gigabytes of RAM on my computer. Now it can do a million FPS.

I replaced my old black colored graphics card with a black colored graphics card with red stripes, and now it goes much faster.

Exactly. I used to have a black 650ti but now I have an R9 270 that has a Twin Frozr and the color red all over it. Much faster. (Though, I guess I could have saved money by just painting my old one red..)

That's some pretty good red you got there, but you should check out the Asus GTX 780, it's totally got red racing stripes, which further enhance the fast.

Wow, very informative guys. really, really good advice.

get a better rig or lower your settings...my laptop is much worse than yours but I manage to get at least 20-25 FPS with everything on High except Lighting and PostFX/SSAO/HDR is all off

AMD A6-3420M CPU with integraded HD Graphics, 1.5ghz stock, OC's to 2.4ghz. (try to OC your CPU, that will bump the FPS is you can do it) I OC'd my CPU 3 months ago, and although it runs a bit hot (I average about 70c) I have not run into any problems.

GOOGLED and found this nifty article...check it out, about 1/3 down the page.

    No. Just no.
OC-ing a laptop CPU/GPU is like making somebody work harder for the same.

What resolution and settings are you playing at?
A GTX650ti isn't really a high-end GPU and it doesn't coat with graphicly intesive games or games with high/ultra settings that easily
