Gavril Roamer tray choped (need help with jbeam)

me and a mate are gonna make a couple mods for the offroad community to enjoy the thing is we never have made a single mod but we are gonna attempt, anyone got any tips on how we should approach this tray chopped d series

 

HOLY HELL SOMETHING THAT GOES OFFROAD YEAAAAAAASSSSSS
Give her more modern-ish looking headlights if im being honest, we have too many old, plain looking headlight offroads already

 

yea i like that idea idkhow long it will be to make but im going for the idea of a 2000 nissan patrol

You do know the devs spent hours or even days making those lights and your calling them boring right?

 

im talking about the default lights that were made atleast 5 years ago.
Yes I did call their hardwork boring cuz times have changed
People call skoda cars boring cuz they are uninteresting
Months of work is spent on these cars but they look too plain
Just saying, anything unique to the old stuff would be a good addition

if you're going to make it like a conversion, i suggest you use a longer chassis and infill where the wheel arch is below the door.

either that, or use the roamer LXT's rear doors, which don't have rear wheel cutouts.

 

this is amazing to see someone do this. may i suggest also adding a full and or half canopy on the back

We all love a dual cab 80 but that tray may as well be a roof rack.
