Idk if this is a bug, but in some points it's not modelled very well Apart this, it's a fantastic mod! ^_^
Yeah, I’m trying to fix this right now actually! The modelling is actually smooth, but blender/BeamNG didn’t like having to shade it all smooth, especially around edges like the grille.
Loving the mod so far, but the gt3 variant is like 600 lbs overweight compared to an actual gt3 car. Could it be possible to lighten the gt3 car any? (I know this probably isnt too important lol)
Amazing mod, but my only current issue is that the front splitter on the GT3 front bumper isnt jbeamed so the splitter just fades through a wall and only the actual front bumper gets hit.
I’ll try to make it lighter! I just haven’t worked out the weights of custom parts yet. --- Post updated --- I’ll try and get this done, it doesn’t seem to difficult! Edit: This will be in the next update.
the flares are outside the lights for me and could you make the rear lights switch on when I turn the headlights on instead of them always being on?
Yeah, the light flares are another thing I’m fixing right now. About the rear light thing, I would but I literally don’t have space for both a rear DRL and a taillight, so I kinda had to combine them…
I’ll try and find a way to add a normal light, but I’m not sure if it’ll work out since I don’t have much space to put it in. Edit: I’m just gonna replace the DRL anyway since the FCV doesn’t have one.
Bruh, that's nearly impossible, you don't realise how hard modding is, btw @Finn Wilkinson improve the model because in some places like the area around the grille the model looks a bit weird., otherwise the mod is great.
the mesh quality is quite.. meh. and nothing has been done with the interior. theres been no actual design changes except screwing around with the body panels a little bit. I mean its not bad but it all needs work
I’ve been fixing that as I said earlier in the thread. Fixes are coming in the next update. --- Post updated --- This is my second ever mod, so as I’ve mentioned before, I’m quite new to this. I’ve been trying to fix the mesh quality and make it smoother to the best of my ability, so some is coming in the next update. Also, about the interior, I don’t know how screens work and I’ve only just worked out how to do the GT3’s stuff, so unless I learn an unbelievable amount of new stuff, that’s not gonna happen soon unfortunately.
Well, for the GT3, you can start by using lightweight glasses and, maybe, reduce the weight of the unibody (lighter roof, for example) and making lighter panels for the GT3, like the fenders, hood, trunklid and maybe doors.
