I know not everyone has the time and patience to do this, but have you left your computer for 30 minutes to see if it loads? I had a problem on Forza Horizon 3 where it didn't load, or at least I thought so. I left it for 10 minutes and presto, it loaded. If you can, I'd suggest trying it

 

You could clear the cache, and if that dosen't work, the only thing I could think of to do would be to reinstall. If that dosen't work, then submit a suport ticket. (Nice specs btw)

I've tried everything

 

Download the game from Steam again, disable all mods, clear user folder, launch in safe mod

 

where is the user's folder located???

 

You open game, hit 2nd button out of 3 and it opens

 

can I dez safe mode??
