whats your computer got to do with downloading from repository?

 

From what I understand, GeForce Now doesn't let you download files and stuff, meaning the only mods he can play with are on the repo.

 

im using GeForce and i can download files and stuff just fine

 

How would GPU drivers prevent him from downloading files to his computer?

 

its a remote streaming service for games, not a driver
