Definitely! Mods are good but, in the end of the day, it's the BeamNG Team the ones who know this game best!
Why? I thought that the mod was pretty fun. Anyway, now that the LHD Miramar theory has been properly debunked by TWO devs, let’s focus on other things.
The mod is most likely really far from the quality standards of the devs, that's why. There were only a few mods in the game's history that were so good that they got added to the game.
I know 2 for sure: wind control and traffic. But probably there were some more. They sometimes hire modders so a few simple things could be based on their old unfinished private mods too. And of course there are also the countless small suggestions they implemented, some of which already had provided code ready to implement.
If this indeed is the revamped Cliff map (far from it I think but ok, nobody knows), then I think it would be nice for the Dev Team to add a version of this map with roads climbing it, tunnels going through it and some small villages and beaches scattered throughout it, just like the Cliff Roads mod map!
Ah yes, the new 2022 Diarrhea SLS, coming next update --- Post updated --- If the car is based on the Charger like many people speculated, it should have a V6 for the base model (or maybe a I4 like the Ford Ecoboost) and a V8 for higher trims
I forgot that traffic was made by Gamergull! The wind app, I had no idea about. Thanks for clarifying!
i feel given the pattern emerging with recent updates that cars-wise we'll probably get a remaster of an existing car and another new-ish one that borrows parts from the old one personally i'm hoping for either a 96 pessima or a burnside revamp
the ibishu dove used a shrunk H-series fascia. the Pre-facelift D-Series is inspired by the ford f150 "bullnose" front end. completely different parts.
the fact that there are two different ibishu doves (one based off of the pigeon and the other is based off the d series) is confusing lmao
I actually kind of hope for a V6 as well, as there isn't a V6 in the vanilla BeamNG. Multiple V8s would also be good. Personally I want a supercharger in the game just to hear the whine.
Nice. It looks like new car will be RWD (with probably AWD option?) based on new post in Development media.
Yeah, because if you see the wheel slip graph in the video, it only shows the rear wheels so that's why it will be RWD.
