Alright, I couldn't find the updated version (maybe it was never updated?) but the version on the first page works. I'll warn you that the van only works as well as it does in real life, but you'll see what I mean by that...

what if i drop the zip file on mods and not in repo folder?

 

Thanks for the bump, it helped me notice this excellent mod!

 

The repo folder is reserved for mods downloaded through the in-game repo, so putting the zip in just mods is actually more correct than putting it in repo

 

Which is really just a way of saying there's almost no difference. I think that the game will look for more recent versions of mods in the "repo" folder in the BeamNG servers, but it really doesn't matter unless you want to be careful about categorization.

Yes and i remebered it was being updated and not being worked on like mollasses goes uphill

 

I agree because when I got this mod in late 2020, it seemed like the mod was on its way out. I downloaded it and kept it for a few months, then it just died off

 

yeah it seemed for a bit it was gonna get updated but now it just seems like one of those mods that get released in a crap state then never get updated

 

I personally don't think it's dead since the author was online yesterday.
Also judging by a video he posted of some new stuff of the mod in the thread ages ago, I still think it might still beings developing, but just extremely slow.
(btw this thing still works, at least it worked last time I tested it)

 

And well, considering that it still works fine, there's no reason for the author to get desperate to update it.
