East coast usa no ground.

    Hello. My east coast usa ground is missing. I went into the map editor to check and the picture shows what the terrain is. I've tried disabling all mods, running in safe mode, clearing cache, reinstalling, etc and nothing has fixed it. I appreciate your support.
