If I'm not mistaken, on the Beetle, this front subframe is bolted to the chassis. Maybe the bolt snapping thing could find its way into that too lol

On the Piccolina it's bolted as well, but the design prevents me from making it able to fall off (a lot of the beams attach to the chassis rather than parts of the suspension itself)

So I wondered if this is possible in game:
    https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwjVvf3Z-dbzAhXvkosKHebUCx8QyCl6BAgDEAM&url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0HeV1zHYhc&usg=AOvVaw2WAnRkJUSpmh5k7b6_RGD2
It somehow is. The car somehow can haul 10 tons of load with just the Z-1/30 tuning kit (48Nm torque and 30hp) and heavy flywheel, all the rest stock. HOW???

Maybe because it's so light, and the motor is placed at the rear. Can the piccolinia do the same ?

Autobello can, Pigeon can't, Moonhawk can, SBR4 can, Covet can't... Probably you are right, it might need a rear engine or heavy rear diff, and also relatively high power/weight ratio

    Which transmission did you use?

Stock 4 speed transmission but with 8kg flywheel, I don't remember if I changed anything in it since I sent you the version you currently have but probably no, I did change the tow hitch though for more stability with lighter loads (and I need to add a heavy duty one for this kind of stuff)

Well, with the standard 4 spd transmission, and 4.87 final drive, it should have 759.7 Nm of torque on the wheels. If you consider that, combined with the GCW, you can get a weight to torque ratio. Probably, if it's better than the Maluch's, the car should pull the weight.

Rwd help, because when accelerating weight is pushed on rear axle so you have more grip there. Then either stall or pull, no spinning. But it’s not mandatory. Light weight rear and skinny tires of pigeon, either stall or spin. Pessima front biased weight, fwd, short gear ratio, not so skinny tires - enough punch to move it and enough grip to not spin before. It all makes perfect sense.

It doesn’t play significant role. First of all, tire diameter will change output as it serves as a gear. Result of your torque calculation is only torque you got to spin wheels, but it’s actually torque on axle. That whole ratio won’t matter if there’s dimension difference as final output on ground will be different anyway. It’s about power and grip balance that matter, it needs both to make it possible. Lack of power = stall, lack of grip = tire spin. You can move it even with 1hp if your gear ratio is short enough and you got enough grip, sure speed will be like 0.5km/h but it will move.

Now this is a good explanation for me. Explains why some cars can tow it and some can't and it seemed random at first.

    Baja Piccolina suspension swap
    asdasdasd.png
Need to make a relocated fuel tank because it's clipping, and extend the halfshafts model because they are too short (then I can reuse them for other suspensions too)

Relocated fuel tank under the hood like in Car Mechanic Simulator (uses modified Piccolina model and Jbeam)
    sdasdsdsd.png
Fixed halfshafts, and also Xupaun suggested to make a normal Piccolina rear suspension swap as well, so I did because I could just utilize the relocated baja suspension mounts for it easily
    asddasdd.png
Next I'm making a baja variant (not quite sure what it will look like yet, probably Piccolina inspired) and then off-road monster.

Probably when we find someone to do interior textures and they all end up getting done. And there are also still many missing parts to model and low quality ones to fix, it's slowing down the progress but I can't do anything with it because of my limited modelling skills.

They are currently just flat color things on the doors and seats, but should be similar quality to the carpets that fufsgfen made, they need new UV maps, and also we need different colors for the dashboard texture that fufsgfen made, better textures for other dash stuff like AC unit and radios (more radios would be cool), and also some currently missing floor mat textures. Later also rear interior panels and roof carpet but I don't have the models for these yet. The rest is fine as it is I think.
