considering how expensive the export costs would be means it would practically defeat the whole purpose of the car, being a cheap way of transportation.
In asian markets, a japanese kei car would make alot more sense in asian markets instead.

Yea, I am aware. I was talking about how you said blinkers should not light up with headlights, when I listed Lands where this happens and can be found.

    It was actually me.

And it was specifically referred to EU-spec amber blinkers: as mentioned, in Europe it would either be clear signals mixed with parking lights (allowed in most southern european countries and strictly mandatory in Italy up to 1971) or amber signals and separate functions.

An in-game + lore-friendly way I reconciled the Piccolina having a 1.1L flat 4 is that the designer was asked to make it as small as possible, but the designer demanded that the car was fun to drive and that it can take a full family up the mountains to his hometown of Castello or Lucida (I think, the big town in between two valleys with a huge aqueduct).

If you swapped out the engine for a 17hp 600cc engine with a full load I don't think the car would make it up most of the hills.

That's a part of why some of us want this. Underpowered cars are fun once in awhile. It's not like giving players the option of an underpowered config does anything to players who won't use that option.

Maybe the first prefacelift version could use a less powerful engine on the base model and then they upgraded it? Seems reasonable to me, the same thing was with the Fiat 126, it had a 600cc engine at first and the first facelift had an slightly bigger 650cc one.

Does anybody know how long the Piccolina is? And also what is its wheel base? I can’t find any information in the vehicles info.json. I know what then fiat 500 is but I think this car is much larger than the original 500

the piccolina's wheelbase is 2.2m, and its overall length is 3.475m.
the fiat 600's wheelbase is 2.0m, and its overall length is 3.22m,
the vw beetle's wheelbase is 2.4m and its overall length is 4.08m.
it's pretty much right in-between those two in size, just with shorter overhangs, more like the fiat.

in comparison, the nuova fiat 500 was in a completely different size class, it had a 1.85m wheelbase and 3.0m overall length, significantly smaller than any of these.
(in fact, anyone feel like shrinking the piccolina down to 500 size as a mod?)

A widebody Lemans styled version would be sweet.

A mod which gives the Piccolina two-tone paints came to my mind just now and I think it would be really nice if it were a part of the official paint designs for the car because, if anything, it is period-correct! ;)
Also, the Civettalina mod would be a great addition to the official BeamNG lore!

To add on to this, they still race Beetles similar to these in the Fun Cup.

Any reason the piccolina has the turbo commented out in the jbeam? (since the last update?)
The option to add it is still there but the turbocharger portion is commented out along with some of the flexbodies and it doesn't add power.

Bruh did you not read the comment in it, it's intentional, the turbo won't work without exhaust
