I'm going to enjoy this map. Big maps with mountain roads are my favorite type. And looking back through the thread, I see you've had some advice from the king of big Beam maps, so it should be an efficient, responsive map. One thought: Some of the raised highway edges, like in the first pic in your post on Tuesday, would look good with interlocking MSE wall blocks like the ones shown on the this page. I've linked the whole page rather than uploading a pic because there are different examples lower down. I just looked through the maps I have, and I don't see anything like this, so I wonder if this formation is available as an asset or a texture. Oh well, just throwing out ideas. I'm sure you have your own plans for this map before you release it.
No progress unfortunately, I've been too busy with IRL stuff since mid June, and haven't had much time or motivation to mod Beam until here recently. My plans for the Vendetta remaster are growing, with it now being a multi-car pack spanning several generations. That's also the project I'm more motivated to complete right now, and is taking up more of my still limited free time.
