Greetings fellow dark theme enjoyers, I present to you: DarkNG. DarkNG is a simple CSS theme that turns the BeamNG website into a more appealing, dark interface. Unfortunately, some parts may still be bright due to them containing images. Consdering the Wiki is getting reworked, the theme isn't exactly optimal with it. It is compatible with the documentation however. Spoiler: Installation I highly recommend downloading Stylus for Chrome/Edge or Firefox. Once done, you can click on Find Styles when opening the extension's menu. The theme should be easy to find. If you do not find it there, you can also go to the publication location when you create a theme using Stylus and then click the install button. Alternatively, if you wish to get the theme as standalone, you can find all of the source code on this GitHub repository. Spoiler: Previews
Funnily enough, the mobile version of the website has a dark theme, and it even works flawlessly when displaying in "Desktop mode". I don't understand why is isn't directly available on desktops.
You can also just go to chrome://flags and enable "Force Dark Mode for Web Contents", works on almost every site. Don't know the Firefox equivalent tho
I use the Dark Reader extension for Firefox, and i havent found any graphical errors. Thanks to the web devs for making this website very easily changable to a dark mode! Spoiler: Image
