Update Speculation thread

I think everything they’ve teased thus far will be in 0.24. Why? Well, the new car looked pretty’s complete as people have said, the fridge also looked pretty complete and I doubt it’d take a lot of effort to get in game, and for the pessima and van remasters, they both had aftermarket/race parts, and I assume the devs do the base car first and then add fancy parts.

 

im 100% they wouldnt tease the new car if it wasnt going to come this update

 

There was an exception to this and it was the FCV platform, although we could argue that it was teased at the same time as the publishing of the 0.18 Update.

 

i see a good time rolling onto us this christmas in terms of content!

 

The Wendover (in it's current 2 door form) came in the update after the D Series remaster but I think it was shown earlier due to the whole debacle with that photo shopped image.

 

The Wendover is a weird one on these rules, because it was teased way back in 2013....

 

So what are you guys hoping for in the upcoming H Series and Pessima remasters? Definetly passenger van variants of the H Series. And For the Pessima, maybe some performance factory variant (GTZ variant) with a Turbocharged 4 cylinder or twin Turbocharged v6.

 

A little bit doubtful but since we saw it with the Legran it could happen again, a wagon variant for the Pessima. Also maybe some 2000s tuner/rice parts.

OT: I think in the new update a small pessima remaster, which will be improved on as 0.24 goes on, and a big H-Series remaster with a new special lighting system.
The H-Series has been teased in Beam's latest YT video along with new lighting mechanics.

 

I'm definitely most excited for the H-series, I hope they add a sliding door for the passenger version.

 

honestly im more excited for the pessima. its one of the cars that just hasn't had anything for it; nothing special, unique, etc. its one of the more neglected vehicles.

 

Rocket engine out the back would make it pretty… fast..

 

they teased the wigeon before 0.23 and look at when it got released!

Yes, the Wendover came in the 0.22 Update (while the 2nd phase of the D-Series remastering came in the 0.21 Update) but the Wendover teaser came sometime in August 2020, after the troll image of the white Wendover Civetta edition.
And the interior of the Wendover was teased on March 23rd, 6 days before the 0.22 Update dropped!

 

I honestly think we're going to see the update sometime around Thanksgiving

 

I’m still solid on first week of December

 

My money is on december at earliest too. But i reckon it will more likely be mid december to just before christmas

 

inb4 the update drops on christmas day

 

For the van, a passenger van, a dajiban config, some more ambulances, and a “free candy” skin.


For the pessima, a race bred, high revving NA v6, more aftermarket support, more factory configs, and a coupe version
