When do we reckon this car will get a remaster, it really needs it

Usually when they start putting out these Teaser Tuesdays, the update isn't too far away from being released. I'll put money on it being out in November.

 

I remember that some devs stated that this update would be earliest mid december because they wanna change how updates handle in terms of content & quality so i wouldnt be too hyped for speculating release dates but hey, we never really know

 

So the teaser image implies some engine upgrades, but the hillclimb parts are absent from the image. I wonder if there's a plan to introduce a hillclimb configuration as well...

 

I just want to point out how well done the interior is on the touring car. It is great to see a proper interior on the race config, including a really nicely weathered roll cage.

 

The hillclimb parts are there, and you can do what I did a couple hours ago and just make your own hillclimb configuration. This game has an insane amount of customization, and now the Pessima is upto far and even surpasses the level of building you can do on some cars.
Removal of the sound deadening, racing dash, tubular subframes, and center lock wheels are options I've only seen on this particular car so far.

Also I'd like to point out that all but one of the center lock wheel options are missing textures at this time.

To be honest, I'm surprised that the dev team hasn't assembled an official Hillclimb configuration yet - They seem to like introducing those for the Japanese cars. Maybe there are some more under-the-hood goodies planned for the next update?

Love the new race version looks spot on to the Nissan Primera (infiniti g20) BTCC race car. Look at the front splitter and rear wing.

 

The 'new' Pessima looks much better now. Its proportions got significantly improved. Before this update, the rear doors looked like they were stretching far onto the rear arches and their relationship to the rear quarter windows just looked unbalanced.
The interior textures look amazing and I especially love the Race Interior!
But how can I find the subframes of the Race Independent Suspensions? They don't seem to be appearing anywhere in the Parts Selector!
Also, I think the V6 versions should have the High Intensity Headlights.

P.S.: Is the chassis code of the 'new' Pessima the "VM501"? Just asking because it's not clear in the update dev blog!

 

I see. I remember the Patch Notes having it written, that's why I ask this.
Also, do you know where the red chassis stiffening subframes are? Can't find them tbh.

 

They should be. But I first spawned the Pessima LX V6 Sport GTz and tried to fit the Race Independent Suspension front and back. The Subframes showed up nowhere in the Parts Selector.
Then I spawned the Touring Car Pessima, with this kind of Suspension, and even though the Subframes were already fitted, they still were not shown in the Parts Selector.
Don't know what happens in this case.
