NOTE that I have a laptop and I'm running a few things in the background It also depends on your CPU I guess you'll go for a Desktop, so you can expect way more from a 3070 Ultra - 1660p Grid Map V2 Reflexions Off: 1 car = 120-140fps 10 cars = Around 60fps Reflexions On, medium: 1 car = 90-100fps Italy Reflexions Off: 1 car = 60-80fps 10 cars = 45-50fps Reflexions On, medium: 1 car = 55-70fps
wow 60-80 FPS in Italy my computer right now cant even run Italy it just freezes or lags at lowest settings You have a Ryzen 7 5800H I'm Getting one with A Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 AMP! 6GB CPU: Intel xeon (i forget) @ 2GHZ 6 core 12 Thread SSD: 500gb Samsung (HP oem) running in raid HDD: 500GB WD Blue: and a 3 TB Hitachi drive running in RAID with the ssd.
Very 3070s run great, ultra graphics with https://www.beamng.com/threads/beamng-ultra-real-shaders.83023/#post-1387146 probaly at 100fps at every map
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x GPU: Rtx 3070 GAMING Z TRIO RAM: 16gb 3200mhz M2: 1TB MSI Spatium Case: MSI Gungnir 110R RGB
My laptop that I've had for 7.5 years, really shameful by now but she's serving me just about fine for more basic gaming stuff GTX 850M, i7-4720HQ, 8GB DDR3 and a 500GB SSD. Manages to run Beam on normal settings at an average of 30fps, also glad i got FH5 to run at like 25-30 on 1080p with absolute lowest settings and only shadows on. Thankfully very soon I'll be building a new PC of mine so might post the specs of that thing once i get it done.
Decided to share my old desktop specs because they’re still kinda interesting: CPU: intel core i3-2120 (2C4T) GPU: MSI GT 1030 Aero ITX 2gb RAM: 4gb (some weird samsung stuff) @600Mhz HDD: seagate barracuda 1tb No ssd lol
CPU: Core i9 9900KS 5.2GHz on a Z170 board GPU: RTX 3080 Ti FE RAM: 64GB 3200MHz M.2: 2x HP EX950 1TB HDD: WD Velociraptors 2x600GB RAID 0 I got like 3 frames per week once when joining a multiplayer server that had a certain Lamborghini mod..
GPU: GTX 1050ti (soon to be replaced by either a 1660 or a rtx 2060) CPU: Intel core i5 7600k RAM: 16gb 2133hz of some samsung ram dunno storage: one kingston 240gb SSD, 1 terabyte toshiba hdd
2nd gen?!?! Wow --- Post updated --- Wow Wow! Great computer! --- Post updated --- Pretty good! I recommend the rtx 2060 because ray tracing…
But it's less powerful, more costly and a video from LTT showed that ray tracing isn't always a noticeable improvement.
to be fair, i want the rtx 2060 just because of DLSS, but since nvidia is releasing the scaling thing soon for even gtx cards, might not be the case
It's me again, on the said PC built just yesterday. 1660ti, R7 3800X, 16GB 3200MHz RAM, B550 Aorus Elite motherboard, 500GB M.2 system drive + 960GB 2.5" SSD
Just a copy/paste from my sig: CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X Motherboard: Aorus X570 Elite GPU: RTX 3080 FE RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 3600MHz SSD: 1TB Aorus NVMe Gen4 PSU: Corsair AX760 Case: Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Cooling: EKWB Quantum Velocity CPU block, EKWB Quantum Inertia D5 pump, Alphacool XT40 radiator, EKWB Quantum Torque fittings Display: Aorus FI27QP Keyboard: Logitech G512 SE Mouse: Logitech G502 Hero Lightspeed Wheel: Thrustmaster TX Leather Edition CPU needs an upgrade, was just a stop-gap since I needed to get something relatively cheap but decent enough to replace a system that started having problems previously.
nice! what can u run beamng on? --- Post updated --- wow! i just recommend upgrading the CPU to a Ryzen 9 5900x or 5950x then u are all set!
