I just have one thing to complain about

please increase the roughness on the new pessima dashboard/steering wheel material, it just doesn't look right. that's my only complaint

Can you please fix the radial menu so that it just pops up whenever I hit the menu button, like how I had it set to do? It's bad enough that the radial menu requires an extra button press (and that the main menu closes when the radial menu comes up), but it's actually broken right now so that the radial menu cannot be accessed after it's been closed. It will come up the first time, but then to close it requires using the keyboard (the button I have the menu to on my wheel just toggles between radial and full menu at this point), and once closed the radial menu becomes inaccessible until restart.

in its current state it's pretty buggy/unstable but in a few updates' time people probably won't have much issue with it

 

Yeah it's not so good right now. Although honestly I would much prefer the old sidebar to how things are smushed up at the top of the screen now. Also I think the new menu SFX are really bad, and I wish I knew how to turn them off. The old "clicky" SFX were much better.

I do prefer the new dark mode style theme over the old blinding white style. Most of the other changes I could do without tbh.

you can also change it to where you can get in to ai cars in the options

 

I found the issue with freeroam map. I have custom binded gamepad for analogs (left is for steering, right for throttle and brakes). When I use left analog for moving around the map and keep that input when I exit the map it will move camera in driver seat, even when I have these inputs deleted in keybindings.

Bus routes from freeroam have few issues with detecting location of the bus on slopes.


AI on Italy are using parking lines as regular driving lines that usually will cause them crash. Also that bus stop is not used in any Bus scenario.


On that spot on Jungle Rock there is bush on the asphalt.


Fastravel point near Airport on Italy should be placed somewhere else, because it is impossible to drive there in bus or lorry.

 

the radial menu isnt showing up, so i cant spawn ai

 

One more wrong detail on the H-Series, this time related to the front bumpers. When the Front Tires turn, the outside tire clips in the edges of both the Early and the Late Front Bumper. This is more apparent in the Early Front Bumper - in the Late Front Bumper it does clip in very slightly and one needs to be eagle-eyed to see it.
The images show the 245/75R16 tires but this happens with the smaller 225/75R16s as well - in the Early Front Bumper, the 225/75R16 tire clips in a bit less than shown here with the 245/75R16 and in the Late Front Bumper, the smaller tire just manages to clear it!

 

The red button that deletes all repo modes is broken. when i double click it, the UI completely stops working and the game does absolutely nothing.

 

also why does it look like in some cars someone used tire shine to clean the inside it was never like this on the d series before it also makes my window tint look lighter too

Is there any way to name the laps on the mission, I want to remember what car I raced with. Anyone know?

 

Half of my saved configs showing a black box instead of the thumbnail. I tried to make a new config and got same problem.
There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to which thumbnails are missing (such as a common time frame in which they were created).

 

yeah, same here but with all configs, might be a bug

 

how do i make "points of interest" not show up?

 

has made almost no improvements for use on a controller and its still laggy

its also really buggy right now and often fails to show up when resetting races so you are forced to abandon and start it again

 

Yeah and also you can break the races at the start if you go into them, speedrunner style. so you have to exit out of the race and go back into it.
