Im not sure if it has been fixed with the .24 updates for this mod, but the burnside hot node driveshaft snaps whenever i hard launch it or go over bumps. and the front of the driveshaft extends past the back of the transmission. is this a mod issue or an incompatibility on my end?
It has always clipped through transmission as there is no custom driveshaft model in the mod. And the reason it snaps is because the double engine is 2 times heavier so it has 2 times more weight to deal with. I never had it snap on hard launch myself though, and I tested many times on WCUSA drag strip.
maybe its because the build i have it on has large all terrain tires on the back, and i think im using a different transmission.
bump sorry uhh bug report moonhawk glass and body plating is in place for the classic moonhawk body and not the new one so it just floats there

BUMP I made a hotfix for 0.26 which includes finally fixed Moonhawk glass armor, and more importantly, experimental twin engine powertrain for the Little Turtle Covet with cannon. Idk when it will be approved, hopefully soon. The twin engine setup has some issues. The front engine wheelspins a bit probably due to excessive torque (both engines need the same torque to rev match better), which forced me to make uneven final drives to prevent it, and it can sometimes blow up, because both transmissions shift at the same time and it can have a really bad case of bad rev matching and overtorque. Also no matter what wheel gets damaged, the front engine will shut off for some reason, and can't be restarted because the starter only works on the rear one. Maybe someone has an idea how to improve this mess? When the update is out, could someone test it and try to figure out a solution? Ideally I would like this to work as if both engines were the same one, but without 'cheating'by making it 1 engine and 1 transmission with a multishaft, and I would want it to be possible for 1 engine to fail and the other would still work.

let's fix covet problem please , it's just two cars dosen't loads in a right way, but renamng "covet" folder ito "hatch", it's loads simply without specials part on. great mod anyway, thanks mad a lot
mine game version is 0.25.4 that's all folks, matsumoto's harlock is mine favourite pirate, I prefer logical assumptions to opinionated people...but it's ever a simulation game , life not at all.
If your game version is not the newest possible then don't expect modders to make their mods compatible with it
