I think this Vee snap-oversteers worse than it would in real life because you're missing the weight of the driver. Driving the same model in Automobilista 2 (without any assists of course) tends to oversteer too but it's much more controllable. This thing once it starts oversteering there's no control whatsoever. I think it's because all the weight is on the rear.

Is there a way to get corner weights in AMS2?

I don't own the game, but could possibly compare with what I'm getting in beam, and adjust accordingly.

Corner weights? AMS2 does simulate the weight of the driver, so that could be one major difference with the lighter cars.

Corner weight is the weight on each tire.

In beam there's a UI app for this, which looks like this:

I'm asking because adding a driver doesn't just affect the overall weight, but also the weight balance. I'm mostly wondering how off I might be.

Oh OK, I didn't know about that app. Yes, adding driver weight would definitely improve the weight balance (put some weight on the front where it's missing).

I had a look at that app and I see now there's nothing wrong with the weight distribution and it's better than I expected. Hmm. So I don't know why it handles so terribly, lol.

Automobilista 2 outputs the same telemetry data as Project Cars 2 does, I can have a look if I can record that for the Vee somehow

I watched the AI drive this Bee rather well. It slows down on turns and turns the wheel very gently and minimally. That works for me too and I can now stay on the track most of the time, though the vehicle is still a challenge to drive, especially the classic version with the narrow, less grippy tires. I'm starting to like though. It's a good challenge. Have to be very gentle on the steering wheel.

I'm not sure which model is more accurate (this or the AMS2 version). I've never driven the real thing. Compared to this, the AMS2 version acts like it has minor stability control. Like I said, there you can drift and usually recover from it. With this one, once you start drifting, it's over.

Awesome Mod! I really enjoy it! But A sequential gearbox would make it even better. I know its not realistic but It would make a nice addition. Also A different type of nosecone or steering wheel? I saw a formula Vee with a cut out steering wheel and a digidash you have on your Superlite.

Since the engine is from the Autobello Piccolina could you add the blow through turbo to this, just as a possbile modification for fun. Also would a stage 3 performance long block be possible or quad carbs I want some more horsepower for this tiny car for even more fun
