Yeah, I get off the track even if they're 20+ feet away on another track. Banding straps are dangerous when they come loose

"I don't know if that is normal or not" Seriously?
Its probably either a dying fan or HDD.

I had a fan that made a rattling sound before. I had to get rid of it, but it still worked. It was just annoying as hell. Most likely a dying fan though.

My GPU fan started rattling when it was around 50% speed and stoped when it got really fast or slow. So i took it out and prodded it a bit and put it back in and it worked without any noise. Result i guess.

My computer as a whole rattles. But blue stickers give +50GHz so it's reasonable.

I have a Dell Axim x50 (I think that's the model) that has a US Military sticker on it. I got it from my uncle so I have no idea if it really was used in the military..

Can I just address the fact that all of you should be jealous of the cooling system I use for my computer? I have pics of it here.

Just the cooling system (my mouse is photobombing lol)

Just FYI, that is just a case badge that i was given by one of the IT staff at my school, they are also into IT security.
Neither me or my PC are affiliated with the NSA in any formal manor, but im sure informally my traffic will be getting scanned just like everyone elses. Considering i am in the UK it would seem it is perfectly legal for the US to spy on us and pass the data on to GCHQ. Cause apparently that isn't a loop hole...

Well, it makes my cloth furniture (save for the wooden coffee table) less likely to catch fire and provides more ventilation for its rather decent fan, which is pretty much always running on high when I have BeamNG going. So it actually makes a somewhat big-ish difference.
