it happens sometimes with other vehicles, interior deformation in beamng is not really a thing.

looks great lucas. glad to see you're still thinking of things for this mod and listening to suggestions. personally i dont really have anything except i will remind you that bmw did once put a v12 in the z3 (ignoring the fact that it was completely awful and ruined the weight distribution)

 

You do such an awesome job with your mods in the first wack there really isn't much to improve on. But nothings perfect, I guess...
So here are some Ideas that you can think about:
[CAUTION]I am not forcing you to do any of these! these are just Ideas!
Underglow
Roof racks? Do they really fit though?
Maybe different body Parts, like different grills, taillights, headlights.. etc
Preface lift/Face lift? Nah.. IMO
A diesel.. I don't know how well that fits though..
Besides that I'm stumped, there isn't much to add to a damn near perfect mod.

Spinning parts on the engine would be a nice touch but not something really that important

Yeah, diesel engine fits, kinda. I don't believe any diesel Z3's or Z4's were ever sold but could be cool. The diesel from the E46. But of course, I know this an ETK lol

You can make a body kit for example ttsport but ttsport should not be very large and discreet. You can also have some kind of custom body kit for example street tuned.

If you go full lock on the drift steearing several times, the car doesn't want to go straight

Just a minor thing: I don't know if it's just for me but since the latest mod update the default.png doesn't seem to load in game, it just says missing preview. Everything else just works how it should the default config also loads how it should. (It does load in file explorer and yes cache cleared)

 

The issue is that the default photo in the files of the mod uses caps in the file extension, like "default.PNG".
You can fix this by just copying the "kr6.png" photo and changing the name to "default.png" and replacing the old one.

 

oh crap, I thought that was just for me and that I messed it up somehow. Will fix it for the next update, thanks for confirming this!

And I suspect, that nobody would ever find it, but there are no textures.

 

1st issue will be fixed for the next update
2nd one cannot be fixed, beamng just does not like soft tops
3rd one is on purpose, nobody goes there and it's removed for performance reasons like on vanilla vehicles

 

Amazing job. Not sure, if it was mentioned here, but is there a plan for the hatchback version?
