A minivan wouldn't be much fun to drive, or offer anything new from a mechanical standpoint. I don't understand why everyone wants one ingame, and it probably isn't going to happen.
Well, we have a lot of overlapping mechanical configurations already. For FWD, late 80s cars we have the Covet, the Old Pessima, the Legran and the Wendover. On the other hand, we don't have any FWD vehicles from 2014 to 2020, so a minivan could fill that gap, specially considering that there's smaller European minivans that double the duty of being a people carrier and a cargo van, like the VW Caddy, or even a slightly lager van, like the VW Transporter.
The Vivace is FWD lol That doesn't change much, still zero motorsports potential and still zero mechanical difference from the Vivace
it would be fun to drive for me also the game has no minivan so far and I think it needs one to fill in that gap
Well, the H-series, T-Series, Legran, and others also have no motorsport potential. Also, the Vivace is 2020 onwards, a minivan based on it (or a previous generation of it) could fill the gap between the Sunburst and Vivace on FWD vehicle from the 2010s category.
that being said, what if they were to make something using a variant of the FCV platform? there's no reason you couldn't make some silly trackday version with an arsenic's engine, after all, the race/drag pigeons exist. It's still probably fair to say that whatever minivan they have planned is likely a fair way down the priority list for these reasons though.
they would be fun for the people who like minivans so maybe people who dont like minivans shouldnt post on a minivan thread. and because some peaple really like minivans, like me as you probably can tell, and it probably will happen considering it looks like the devs are trying to get every vehicle group in the game
I would love to see a modern (2020+) Renault Avantime based on the FCV platform; the quirkyness would be astonishing
There are far more pressing gaps in the vehicle roster as of now. Another modern five-door car isn't what we need. All of these cars (with the exception of the T-Series, which could be easily given a race config) have several performance versions. "It'll make a small subset of players happy" isn't a good enough reason to add a certain vehicle to the game. No? Not in the slightest? We get it, you want minivans because you're seven and have been ferried around in a Sienna for your entire life.

i would like to see a minivan too. the fastest car i ever have driven is a 2016 dodge caravan. as far as i know it is one of the quickest of the modern minivan market.
