This game hasn't handled corners that great at all for me, sometimes it does but sometimes it is really unrealistic

Have you ever tried another simulation, like assetto corsa, iracing, etc ? Did you try to do the same, and what were your results ?

i only played assetto corsa for like 15 mins, but it felt like it had a bit more grip, and ive played forza horizon 4 and 5, more like an arcade game i know but the grip is pretty good in there

Do you still have assetto corsa ? take an aventador, go at 80 kmh, and look at how it turns. Even then, remember that the car you were driving in beamng is a meshslap and doesn't represent a real aventador but an sbr4, which is probably heavier, less powerful, and less grippy.

The issue is that you are using a terrible Russian Lambo mod that has no grip because it's badly made I guess, in vanilla game there are no cars that grip as well as you want so try finding some actually good mods instead

Well, most hardcire sim players LOVE beamng drive just because how realistically the cars drive. Not saying that in Beam, the cars have more or less grip, but they have close to the best interaction between the tires and hard surfaces, like asphalt.

Although, aerodynamics is not that well implemented, so I wouldn't trust the grip levels of high performance cars (maybe that's a reason why I don't love how the SBR drives).

A tip for you would be buy either a Xbox 360/One/Series or a PS3/PS4/PS5 controller so you can have a better control over the steering and pedals, since some cars corner better with intermediate levels of gas/braking, something impossible to have on the keyboard.

Guys, if you look at the picture he uploaded, he has that car at full lock while under steering. I think he thinks that BeamNG auto calculates grip angle like Forza does when you steer so that you have the most steering lock for that speed without under steering.

that is not how BeamNG works. If you actually steer LESS you will find that you will actually be able to turn tighter at higher speeds.

And since you're on a keyboard, you can achieve that by repeatedly tapping on the steering key.

The guy just understeers forever, and if that Lambo is on a bolide jbeam, we all now how that loves to understeer.

    It think it's on an sbr4 jbeam if it's @\\EUAN// 's aventador.

I've never driven a Lamborghini (most of us haven't), though I certainly would love to one day! Also, never went 200 kph (got close to though). But anyway, here are my suggestions:

    1. IRL speed feels differently than in videogames. In a game you can make some crazy driving feel like nothing, when in reality the tiniest of drifts feels like the most insane thing in the world, since all your senses are involved, and you are literally in the moment, and not viewing it happening on a screen. In my car (which is old and somewhat unsafe), going 140 feels like it's about to take-off. In-game, you can go 300 kph and it's like it's nothing. Also, IRL, corners that look sharp may not be as sharp as in-game, and vice-versa. Surface traction may differ from race tracks to road conditions, and road camber is also a factor, not just in feeling but in actual measurable speed and G-force numbers.

    2. I'd reccomend comparing actual videos of actual IRL and in-game corners, for similar speeds, and similar (unmodded) cars (modded ones might have wrong setups or J-beams, so it's not a good comparison). I'd love to have a real conversation on beam's handling characteristics, but it has to be based on evidence and not "I've gone this and that kph, so the game is unrealistic". Let's bring some actual data instead, to prove a point! There are lots of videos online, find one similar, and record your run on that corner you just showed, and let's analize that. Not sure what corner of Utah you are driving on, but here's a video I found.

(I have nothing to do with this video, and I have no idea who this dude is or why he's risking himself and others driving like that. I just searched "understeer" on youtube)
Based on the rather low-res video, it's dashboard seems to be similar to a honda accord dashboard.

The speedometer of this driver seems to be at around 40 (mph). So he clearly lost it at 40 mph, on a tight downhill corner, in what is probably a somewhat modified Honda. Let's compare this to an in-game situation!

    3. The last thing I think is worth taking into account is that you're using a keyboard, which is not the same as a steering wheel, as it doesn't allow for tiny corrections. When driving close to the limit, small corrections meant to prevent understeer are necessary, but are very difficult to do with a keyboard (I used to play with a keyboard, then a few years back I switched to a controller, which allows for better corrections, but still doesn't mimic a real steering wheel obviously).

Just because a mod is from the beamng site it doesnt mean its not a meshslap/russian mod

Race tires could be badly made too
