5900x/5950x users, what is your average FPS when running this game?

I was wondering if my 5900x is underperforming because I can only crank an average of 90 FPS ultra graphics settings while running the Italy map with no traffic spawned. I also scored very low on benchmarks like 3DMark and Cinebench R23 even though my CPU was overclocked.

I'm still new to overclocking, so if you guys have tips for increasing CPU performance/overclocking, feel free to share!

Please tell me your average FPS, graphical settings, and how many cars you can run on this game. Also let me know whether your CPU is overclocked or not.

    Are those 90fps @1080p or 4k?
Can you somehow monitor cpu's frequency and temperature during gameplay?
I am posting one screenshot, it is from one user from techpowerup forum, who done for me screenshot during cinebench on his undervolted 5800x@4.4GHz@1.17V@max93Watts@max65°C during one round.
You should be able to set similar voltage and frequency on your 5900x CPU, because it is the same architecture, but with two 8core chiplets(one chiplet with 4 cores disabled).
The temperature will vary depending on your cooling of course.
I am guessing your CPU is hitting power or temperature limit.

90fps at 1440p (2k). It seems like my CPU runs way hotter than the one you showed me. I'll try undervolting, but this time limiting both the wattage and temperature. I'll post the screenshot of the monitored gameplay later.

Limiting wattage and temperature will only decrease performance.
What you need to do and what help you is drop that high voltage down by negative offset(if turbo boost on) or manually set fixed lower value(if you don't care about turbo boost and can ommit it).

My average fps is actually very low because the game is poorly optimized. Lots of lag spikes and stuttering, especially on big maps. I have to run on pretty low graphics settings to make the game playable, and using traffic cars tanks my fps to like 40 with stutters down to almost freezing. On most maps I get about 70 fps but it stutters which is the problem.

I tried different PBO settings but I still have the same low fps. I even undervolted my GPU (temps fell from 86 to 70 ish) I run an average of 58 fps while playing WCUSA with 10 cars, ultra graphics with dynamic reflection.
How do I manually set a lower value? I have ASUS bios
I see. I guess I'm not the only one having this problem then. I'm wondering if this game runs better with Intel, or this game is just poorly optimized for both AMD and Ryzen CPUs.

I saw this guy on Youtube reaching high fps with the same CPU and GPU but he can run 10 cars with a smooth 70-100 FPS. I couldn't figure out how he acheived that.

You should be able to do it also in ryzen master

    or in bios

This guy is showing another method using curve optimizer

I'm guessing he's running the game at 1080p
