quick post to share some things i've been fucking around with lately

to start no promises that these will ever really see the light of day. in typical nick fashion they're both *very* wip and far too messy for a proper release right now and i'm lazy lmao

first is a fiat punto inspired thingy made with this model. i added (bodged) in bits and textures from the covet to make it a little less dogshit, and also started to try and make a dashboard for the first time for it too
mechanicals were provided by ck since he already had some




second is this, my very shitty rendition of a chevy citation - the bodyshell was modelled entirely by me just for fun and to try out subsurf modelling. the polyflow is pretty awful (and i'm too ashamed to share it right now) honestly and there's a lot of very obvious problems, but seeing as i have very little modeling experience it could be a lot worse i suppose.
i gave it some mechanical bits and pieces from legran aswell.

this is still in the model phase but i did do a quick test mod for an older version of the model (pictured below)




both of these like i said aren't the best thing you'll ever see on here by any means but they're some pet projects i've been (slowly) working on lately.

 

The Chevy Citation model looks good to me.
