Is it safe to have 81c in laptop gpu? (solved)

    So I wanted to see how hot my gpu is while playing beamng. i checked out it was 81c is it too hot?

    I have laptop!

    It’s a laptop gpu so it’s built to withstand more heat. On a desktop that would be red hot, but it’s fine for a laptop. Don’t let it go much over that though.

    81°C is generally speaking fine, though the ideal temps are 75°C or below. You won't damage any components on both Laptops or Desktops. Even if your Laptop GPU reaches 90°C, it should not be a problem as that's normal for laptops, in general, to run a lot hotter than their Desktop counterparts. If 90°C was hit on Desktop, however, it wouldn't damage it but considering the fact that it's desktop, you need to have that looked at.

    TL;DR: You're fine.
