I do not get what you mean, angelo234's Advanced Driver Assist does not have a downhill assist control, only a hill start control. Also, I can't simply take his work and put it here, so I can't do it and I won't do it.

If there is a update it will come, but please don't request for one especially when you doesn't have any bugs or suggestions

 

I'm not sure if this is what you were asking but bhe latest update is on the original post on Page 1. Jorgepinto regularly updates the original post.

May i suggest one last thing - diesel version of the gauges:

 

Diesel gauges as well as Imperial gauges are part of the Part 2 update, I can't promise anything beyond that, but those will be done for sure. (No ETA on it for now)

 

I know I've said this before, but I just want to take a minute to appreciate JorgePinto and the team behind this mod. It's clear that JorgePinto and his team are detail-oriented and are adamant about reaching a level of realism beyond a fathomable realm. This mod constantly blows me away with its implementation of quirks and features that are found in the 2020-2022 Defender model range.

With that said, take all the time you need - please don't burn yourself out. This mod is outstanding, and we can't wait to see what you do with it next.

No, it is not possible to swap the sound without the authors permission. Also, the v8 sound is already being worked on several times so it wouldn’t make sense to just swap it for another

I want to make a YouTube video, I need a manual transmission. Guys, tell me how to do it?
in the engine file I change "["lrdefender20_transmission","lrdefender20_transmission_8A", "Transmission"]," to "["etk_transmission","etk_transmission_6M", "Transmission"],", but only the rear-wheel drive remains (

 

In the game, if you press crtl+w you get a vehicle customizer menu. If you type transmission in the search bar, you can swap it out for a manual (if this mod has manual, never really looked deeply into the mod)

What do you want a manual transmission for ? If you put the transmission in realistic mode by pressing A, if you press upshift a few times there might be a manual mode.

 

I love realistic controls with gears and clutch.)

 

Right then. Copy the .jbeam file of the etki's transmission and paste it in an unpacked mod folder, located in c:\users\you\appdata\local\beamng.drive\0.2'\mods\unpacked\modname\vehicles\lrdefender20.

 

How many gears you want? 6 or 7?
