I really like the ignition chimes in real cars, so I quickly threw a concept video together in iMovie. Here is the file. Would this be plausible/possible?
Ah yes, the well known Ford Chime. It's entirely possible, as I used to have a mod that added this a long time ago. Whether or not the developers want to add it is another story though, they'd have to give us a definitive answer.
Activate. Windows. There would be one thing better tho, If the ford chime was bass boosted. jk what year is this? 2016?
I would activate windows, but since it is a custom PC, it won't let me. Annoying, I know. But bass boosted sounds like it would be better as an option rather than something you can't change. Like the idea though!
I hope it gets added. Actually, funny enough, I was looking at that mod yesterday and I was googling to see if somewhere there was a supported version of it I could download.
oh yes the ignition chime, the most useless thing that's mandated on a car. Pretty sure only in America too.
please tell me where in the list of fmvss requirements it says that a car needs a ignition chime. they aren't required here (i don't think they are anywhere), they are put there as a courtesy warning by the manufacturer to let you know that something is wrong with your car iirc. please do let me know if i am wrong.
