That's not fixed at all. It should look like a grid in edit mode, you must shade it smooth too.

 

i really would not be suprised if in reality he realizes "oh crap they know im only half finished at best" so hes gonna either cancel it or work on it while its on hold. really would not be suprised

 

He just don't know what on hold means, he said he's still working on it.

I and other members have already said that On Hold means that the mod is not being worked on for a while, so you should not call it On Hold.
And let me ask you what you already have done/what you already of these things:
- Jbeam
- 3D Model
- Sounds
- Textures

 

im pretty sure the On Hold references that its not priority number 1 and isnt expected to be released for a while

 

I'm being honest here, the model is awful. You need to learn basic blender first before making any car (and I recommend not using the outline method if You don't know what You are doing).

 

I'd be willing to spend my time destroying every last Tesla in the world
