BeamNG maps are getting really boring. Even with remasters, the maps stays mostly the same. It’s not because they are poorly made, it’s because we haven’t gotten a new one in almost 3 1/2 years. The BeamNG devs are very focused on making new cars, but I think they should create a new map. What do you think?
i completely agree i think it should be either like a europe map or a usa map like Georgia or Florida, but thats probably cause im american!!
the map development team and the vehicle development team are entirely separate, making less vehicles isn't going to increase the rate at which maps are made. we also got gridmap V2 not that long ago, which shares nothing with the original gridmap other than the general artsyle and purpose. that being said, they are basically done with the map remasters (grid small pure remaster when) so they've likely got something else in the pipeline.
