I agree with you. But actually a narrow and winding road + inability to drive + driving too fast = explosive mixture

Yes, most of the map items/buildings already have PBR added.

IMO this area is just begging to have a 4x4 trail built in to it! I enjoy the rest of the trails on the original East Coast map because they're realistic and you can do most of them in a fairly standard Roamer / D-Series if you have the skills, whereas most people that make off-road maps build really unrealistic and extreme trails that you need a crawler on 38"s to tackle.

 

It will definitely modify the existing off-road and gravel roads

manual gear and twisted roads are hard requirements for a fun drive¡

Just to clarify; Is your version of the map going to be any larger than the current 2.4 square miles ?
