    What about some kind of panel van/delivery variant? Something that a small business would use to transport goods, with blanked rear windows, a rear shelf, etc.

    I have a little suggestion: an italian taxi config perhaps? I think a little hatchback cab would do nicely for the narrow streets.

    Yeah, taxis usually a 4-door sedan and 5-door wagon. 3-door hatchback usually for youngster who wants cheap car to go around.
