It probably says that because Torque3D was developed to be a first person shooter engine. "Torque Game Engine, or TGE, is an open-source cross-platform 3D computer game engine, developed by GarageGames and actively maintained under the current versions Torque 3D as well as Torque 2D. It was originally developed by Dynamix for the 2001 first-person shooter Tribes 2". Fun fact: you can play Tribes 2 for free since it's abandonware, and it's kinda neat

It's not really a secret if it's literally in the engine a game uses, is it? Anyway, there are some other texture files in the current game version, along with some .dts files.
They remind me of hubcaps for some reason --- Post updated --- just found a ton of utah textures in the 0.3 files. bit strange
There's a file called portal.dts in the same folder, which immediately made me think that these are textures for some sort of half life 2 Portal/Teleporter:
I highly doubt these aren't from torque3d, there's no reason for beam to have them. Although, they do have a material which can be selected in-game.
