most likely not, but don't count on it --- Post updated --- the car was started in 2021, but the model years aren't remotely based on that. they're based on the car's realistic lifecycle and an admittedly optimistic end to the production delays started by covid.
the ccf2 is 2022 model year as i made it in 2021, but itd only go out to customers by 2022 the centauri is 2022-27 in the configs
If I make it paid, that’s my decision no matter how late I decide it, I don’t wanna have to decide it way way before I’m ready to and notify everyone of whichever decision I make, giving false hope or whatever. Plus, if this is referencing Lucas’s Picnic, he never implied or said that it was gonna be a repo release, as much as he didn’t say or imply it was gonna be a paid mod. Modders can do whatever the hell they want with their own mod, they don’t have to notify the community about every single move they make which might change the player’s experience. later edit: it turns out he mentioned multiple times that it was a repo release, even by his own admission.

Off topic: The Picnic is a great car. Absolutely worth every penny. On topic: Whether this is a paid mod or not, it's still probably going to be one of the best mods of all BeamNG.
