Thanks for the positive feedback! And no, this mod will not affect any other maps, including the vanilla East Coast map. That's a good idea, but for now i will use beamng's assets from other maps until i find some custom assets!

Update time! Changelog: reworked the whole fishing village which now is a village town added 2 parking lots so you can enjoy the ocean view added a small dock added more boats with water particles behind them removed the castle near the main town & added a fortress far in the ocean added a new dirt trail that goes through a tunnel which ends at the port added a beachside with stores, a terrace where you can have a drink and some parking areas completely removed the gas station and the bus terminal and replaced them with the AJ Auto Repair center with a truck parking lot in the back added 2 construction sites, a big one with cranes and a smaller one near the main town the fire station was moved across the street and the repair shop was moved in the industrial area of the town (due to the small construction site that has been added instead) added an italian villa up on a hill instead of the small car dealer and the Firwood Inn extended the highway which now ends with a tunnel that's under construction for now added some abandoned roads added a new small roundabout added more details around the map such as: road construction areas, broken barriers, broken bridges, better sidewalks in the high end neighborhood, big mountains in the background for a better view, some small islands far in the ocean and a better ocean texture that makes it more reflective. fixed the road bumpiness in some places, lowered a few road barriers on the highway as they were too tall, deleted some useless underground trees & rocks, fixed the oversized parking spots and other small fixes. Current issues: traffic lights still have no texture the AI & all the scenarios are broken due to the changes made to the terrain the big construction site & the tunnel at the end of the highway have no collissions Without any further words, enjoy the pictures and have a great week!

Thank you for the lake idea, it's great. The windmill is planned, i will add one once i find an asset for that. There already is an abandoned airstrip, please check the previous updates before coming up with something.
Will you add a police station? Or a large sheriff's headquarters? Preferably near the Firwood County Fire Station.
