Released Autron Petitron / Autron P1 1.5.1

i'm adding phones (fictional named) to the Autron Petitron as GPS, that's why people suggesting phones.

With my good mate @Born 2 Drive AKA SourDisc we've been on a virtual cruise driving the Autron Petitron, i was driving the 1.3 CM, and he was driving a Facelift 1.4 SM+. It's a little weird to say that (because probably noone will do it) but don't get a 1.3 CM, as it has only 3 gears (not counting the CVT), and it's very slow enough. It was fun in any way, and i did 94 KM (58 Miles) by driving from spawn - town, and back from town - spawn.

Now back to the 0.6 Development progress, making 3rd phone based on Oppo F5, and it will be called Mippa M7, or something else, if i will don't like the name for some reason. About the Cabrio, it's basically complete, and the only thing left is the configs for the unibody. Same to the Facelifted SportPower parts, they all finished, but there's no configurations yet.


And here's the list of things i plan to add, some of them are done. Probably, after the phones, the next will be the AWD and RWD

I've driven in that map for over 100kms, in an EV vivace, for like 1-2 hours, cruising at 120-150kph, that thing ran out of charge at around 110kms

 

And here's the Mippa M7 phone, as i said before, it's based on Oppo F5.

And i decided to make 4th phone the last to add. This is another Apple iPhone parody, this time it's based on iPhone SE gen 2 (or iPhone 8 because they are literally the same just a different back) and i called it 2020 Orange MePhone Classic. While writing this it's literally the night time, so once the next day will come, i will start with experimenting on adding AWD and RWD to the Petitron. Can't wait for this feature to be in the final release of 0.6 update, as the AWD or RWD can be perfect for the drift lovers.

What will happen to the petitron after the 0.25 release? At the moment i don't really know much. I will keep it at the moment to have the same look as the 0.24.0.1 Ibishu Covet (simply pre-remastered Ibishu Covet if someone is watching this from future). maybe later i'll think about remastering the looks of it. Oh and yeah, this mod will not conflict with the Covet, and Covet will not conflict with the Petitron, so there's no worry to talk about.

I changed the sportpower facelift steering wheel a little, so it will not look that flat.

 

Added the new hubcap. "Autron 4D MK2"
It's basically a second generation of the weird looking Autron 4D Hubcap (which is used in SM, and SportPower SportS)
took a little pain to get textures on it.

Now about the AWD and RWD things, well, i have problems with it, most of the time it's related to the jbeam, and other stuff. If something will go wrong, i will really need a help in that. If someone wants to help me to bring AWD and RWD to the Petitron (Using the code from Pessima MK1), PM me here on BeamNG forums.

Today i was afraid to do a post that i need to cancel the RWD and AWD idea for the 0.6, and guess what, it will not happen, because i finally fixed one main issue that it had. The issue was that the whole body was tilting to the right once accelerator is pressed. Turns out i forgot to put second torque arm nodes. Thank god i have noticed that. And i would like to show a video of me trying to do a donut in a petitron but it's so bad really.


Speaking of the cabrios again, here's the configs i have made today, at the moment, these are only pre-facelift, and if you look closely, i have added RLM+ config. I did it to match SM and SM+ configs, which the RLM and RLM+ based on them.

About the SportPower versions, obviously i will make the facelifted configs later, and i also add some more sportpower cars, and i know the things i'll add.
-Cabriolet versions of SportPower
-Supercharged version of SportPower (probably will be called SportL Super)
-Limited version of SportPower including the 1.9L DOHC engine, which is a race engine. (Not sure about this one.)

Here's the video of me trying to do a donut in a petitron.

 

Making a drag config, and i have compared it with the vanilla's Covet drag config, quite quick, due of the AWD in Petitron.

SportPower Facelift Configs are here! Those who loves facelift version for the most part, get the SportPower facelift one!

At the moment there's only Facelift made, next will be the roofless version of SportPower configs (Only Pre-Facelift). Then, i'll start making limited version config (In Facelift and Pre-Facelift Versions), which will have a 1.9L DOHC engine. Super Charged version (SportL Super) isn't there yet.

To the funny stuff i'll plan to add, the first funny thing i'll try to add is a E car. Yeah, you hear me right there. That.... lettered car, will have a HUUUUUUUGE (for the car) the letter E on the roof.

thinking about the engines to add, is it gonna to be fine to add 1.6 and 1.8 litre V6 engines? Small V6 engines do exist, google "Mitsubishi Lancer 1.6 V6" or "Mazda MX-3 1.8 V6" and they give the result (if it will give you something). They sound quite interesting to me, just because they are literally the smallest V6 engines. If it's gonna to be fine to add, after i will port the SBR4 engines to Petitron, i will add the V6 engines too.

V6 swap? Why am I thinking about the mid engine rear drive V6 swap for the Petitron?

 

Maybe it would be nice to wait for the remastered Covet, so they can use the Mr Turbo as the base for your idea
