Headlights and stuff works fine, but the facelift taillights break really quickly without a crash and the normal right brake light does not work, apart from some shading issues and missing quarter glasses the mod seems to be pretty fine.

That's a bad idea, they are REALLY high poly, can't you find a corresponding stock mesh ?
