Wow!! The classic carbon fiber tub is once again here!! Although I'm a bit confused by the routing of the headers. At first glance, there seem to be 3 headers per side (that's a V6) but behind those there are two more sticking out (making it a V10). It all remains to be seen! --- Post updated --- At first glance at least, yeah.
Yeah, that's definitely either a V8 or a v10. Doubt there's room in there for a v12 now. I wouldn't fully discontinue the thought of a twin turbo V6...it'd certainly is a possibility
All the teasers and stuff is about new cars & car revamp, no career or other game mode related update teasers
@Car8john is most certainly right, the engine is most probably gonna be a V10. 3 cylinder chambers are visible but there are also 2 more - one at each end of the engine - that are hidden behind the frame rails and the supportive structures of the rear fenders.
did they tease the UI revamp ? the map ? The teasers are always about the cars or the maps, the game mode related stuff is only unveiled at the update.
the front kinda looks like a mclaren and the back looks like the bmw i8 by the shape of it maybe it will have a EV version like the i8,also theres no secret car in the background but what is this is it the cannon or was it already there?
The BMW i8 was a Hybrid, although it had a pure EV mode as well! But yes, the structure and the placement of the components is typical of a mid-engined Supercar!
Well, 2 things I've noticed about the supercar: Those brake pads look huge compared to similar disc brakes we have in-game right now, could imply some serious performance from this thing; and the rear fender bolt-on arches thing, they look...oversized? If I have to be honest, I hope the wheels themselves won't be that big, or else it would frankly look disproportional in my opinion (could be just me, though)
ohhh thats right i forgot that the i8 had a enginehaha! also i cant wait to go whipping around italys small streets in that!
Also, I don't see any engine intercoolers lying around and the units in front of the front disc brakes don't look like they can be useful for turbo cooling because they're too far away from the engine. So the V10 is most certainly gonna be a naturally aspirated unit! Yay!
