    The teaser wasn't a render & was taken in game.

    Our main focus has been BeamNG.Drive & continues to be as such, .Tech is just a few additions ontop of the game, so without BeamNG.Drive. Tech cannot happen either.

    that they're trying to communicate with the fanbase better after being fairly radio silent the last few months probably

    I think it does, a while back over 20 of the devs where online, so im expecting something to happen really soon. My guess is that it'll be released next week as a part of the yearly summer update. it could also mean the devs want to be more engaged with their community, they want to know what the public want, or just answer questions and have a chuckle

    i wouldnt be surprised if the update releases some time before or even when the steam summer sale starts so they can boost the amount of new players by dropping both the new car and the price

    yeah that's what i'm saying, releasing the new supercar everyone's been drooling over and also having the game discounted on the biggest steam sale of the year could be a pretty good move for getting new people in

    I personally LOVED it, i'm a huge fan of supercars and the scintella (sorry if i'm wrong, as im not made of spaghetti hehe) will porbably be my new favourite official car tbh it's just amazing and with the doors and everything you guys really did a god job with that one

    if you play on high/ultra and set shadow resolution to 2048 in world editor, effective resolution is 4096px

    But since you can increase it in the world editor, why isn't it like that at default on ultra ?

    Performance, not all GPUs can handle 4k shadows on very complicated/big levels like Italy. Remember our recommended GPU is still a GTX 970 that have 3.5GB VRAM + much slower 0.5

    But if you're on Ultra you probably don't have a GTX 970, couldn't the map resolution be increased for this graphics level ?

    Anywhere between 10 -15 mins and a couple hours if we have issues with what we're wanting to show off / can't get a good feel for anything.
