    But I get 30FPS normally, so that's not bad :p

    We have the same CPU, but yours is screwed up and underperforming. You could have real 60 fps doing that even with 1 more vehicle.

    Mine isn't K edition, so no Overclock :(
    I see you are on 4GHz OC, so it's resonable to get +60FPS.
    Swapped the video with a less compressed one.

    Just turn off the HUD. Shift+U. It would be better.

    Oh ok i forgot Shit+u did something i might even Turn on max settings (just for the image my pc cannot really handle these graphics)
