That's the hood bump for the 2.0 Pessima engine.

 

Nah this is just the fitting hood for the somewhat new 2.0L I4 engine the covet got.

-There is a new super car the Civetta Scintilla
-Imminent Covet remaster
-possible new “sunny and dry” map accordign to tdev (may not come with this update)
