9:02:116 on a stock Bolide 350 (eu). Done on a first try with a controller. I can do much better but I managed to not crash wich makes me better than Leclerc? lol

What's your take on the car? How's it? You like the handling?
    Great lap btw

Thanks. I find that the platform is really well balanced. Obviously power is more than adequate, even just the NA V10. I was a bit skeptical about the cars having an open diff, but once you get used to the braking system thing (the actual term slips my mind), it's surprisingly good. You can get on the power so much earlier because of the open diff, and in corners, braking the inside wheel really helps get the car rotated without inducing oversteer. You do have to be smooth with your driving though. Any sudden movements seems to overwhelm the electronics (understandably) and you upset the balance and end up in a wall xD.

The default race config is clearly not meant for bumpy track, hence using a custom suspension tune for my lap. It could also be refined a bit in general IMO but it's not bad at all (compared to some comments seem to suggest anyway).

It's clearly the fastest vanilla car by a long shot. I did another config with more aero and power and got a 06:20 lap. It can probably get into the low 06:00 or maybe even sub 6 mins with some more tuning.

I guess most people complaining about the understeer of the civetta comes from the fact that they either use keyboard or controller, hence not being able to cope with such abrupt inputs.
Wonder how fast the hill climb esque config could do-twin turbo full balls to the walls spec

I think that is one of the key issues for keyboard and gamepad users, the car turns in really quickly in the front with minimal driver input.
IRL such a car would have a lot more restrictive electronics in the non track modes, but I tend to not tune things in the game that way because it's just not a good mix with anything but a proper wheel as input device.

I do wonder as well. I doubt I'll do a build with full power though. I prefer RWD and I'm struggling to get a decent suspension tune with ~1150 HP. So AWD will probably be the way to go, but I'm not really accustomed to AWD car tuning, specifically diff configs

I see. That makes a lot of sense. Would it not be better to have a system that intervenes earlier but is less aggressive, just so that you don't such abrupt inputs from electronics. I haven't used a controller or keyboard though, so I'm not sure how that would translate in game with those.

You said we need a rolling start. Is there a specific speed. if so, How fast does it have to be? (whoops I already figured it out...)

Ah. If you upload a video of a lap, I'm sure someone will be able to give you pointers. Low 07:00 or even sub 7 mins is possible with the GTs Corse

Damn. That's really quick. I presume you're using AWD for the Civetta? And how much power is it making?
