Finally a sane person lol. The normal street car is pulling 1.3 ish Gs in the corners. I feel like people want it to be a F1 car or something lol.
I think it's just because it accelerates so fast people expect it to corner and brake exactly the same if not better.
The moonhawk has received some fixes this update and I’m not sure why it wasn’t announced. There’s the already mentioned rear fascia and changed configs, but I also noticed that they fixed the skin issue that turns the chrome bumpers body colored. Probably just some easy fixes but it’s worth mentioning.
It makes me wonder whether they are just applying some general fixes and facelifts because the remaster is far off, because surely if its getting remastered soon then there is no point working on it now? Hope to see more of the Covet next tuesday anyway, or maybe the Moonhawk..
No idea what is with the people saying it brakes bad, never had a single issue with that since it came out, the only issue I have is that the race version is undrivable lol
I think what they meant is that the car is much much quicker at known locations around a track than previous cars because it accelerates much faster. At that point you are very much limited by the grip of the tires which is "only" a few % higher than previous sport tires, hence longer braking zones needed.
I wonder how they're gonna go at remastering cars such as the sunburst and SBR4 ? Until now the remasters were done on cars that had pretty simple designs like the pessima, the covet, the D-series, where the inspiration was clear and it had pretty much the right shape to begin with. But in the case of the Hirochis, they are newer cars with more complex shapes that were developed early and doesn't look as good as newer made modern cars. I'm interested in seeing how they're gonna improve the looks while still keeping it looking like the same model.
I doubt it the MR Turbo will have both a V6 and turbos, i personally think it will have a turbo 4 cyl, and another config (maybe aftermarket) will have a V6... but it's the same devs that made an offroad supercar with a diesel V8, so who knows
It'd be nice if we get a feature where you can replace certain parts on the part selector but all other damage that you've done stays the same.
Was the interior of the 88 pessima retextured? It looks to be PBR now, though not necessarily higher resolution in certain areas such as the doors.
Only thing I have noticed that is new so far is a race hood which is the dark owl hood without the strakes.
