Even if you know how to get into orbit, it can be quite difficult. You need the right ship to be able to make it.
If it can leave kerbins soi then it can achieve kerbin orbit, requires a much higher delta v to leave soi than attain orbit. Eve, now that's a fun planet...
I've never even left kerbins soi. I spent all of my time building space stations and shit in kerbins orbit.
I haven't played the game in a long time.. When I did play it I spent the whole time making stupid rockets to propel them straight up into space really fast.
I'm planning to set up a forum wide competition to get some folders active (and some new ones.) once it gets cooler. Put some hardware up as a prize. Before my GPU broke () I managed to land on the mun and orbit Duna. Lots of orbits around Kerbin and the Sun.
Gigabyte wants it back for RMA. Sorry. If you're lucky during the folding competition you'll get something like an NZXT sentry 2 or a white cold cathode. I'm not sure what and I don't have tons of money. We'll see.
Well, either of those would be nice but I'm guessing that the competition will be based on the points people make folding in which case I'll probably lose. If it's WU based I can start folding on some of the school computers again
One will probably be who has the most points, one will be luck. Folders from anywhere will get one entry into the draw BeamNG folders will get two.
Will it be based on points received after the start of the contest? Because I'd automatically win if it was just whoever has the most points total
Points made during the contest. We want to encourage new membership. (Also, seadoo might beat you if the competition went long enough.)
Ugh. My computer has been stuck on the same dang WU for the past few days. I told it to "finish" but it is still stuck at 99.99%. FFS finish already!
Dalek has owned KSP for about 5 days. He has 4 days of play time. (96 hours.) Dalek needs to get a life.
Restart the client, if that doesn't work either reject the WU or reinstall FAH. It's a known issue. I think they disabled rejecting work units though.
