The new update caused the traffic to be very glitchy. For example, AI near me would just randomly disappear, spawning new ones. Also if you choose to recover your vehicle in a crash, it will reset every vehicle in sight.
Another bug I've found for the Scintilla, AI do not recognize blue flashers as a police vehicle unless "polizia" skin is selected. As soon as skin is selected, AI start recognizing it as police vehicle and will try and flee, etc.
I was chasing a suspect AI, and they just disappeared EDIT: Yeah, it does seem that AI traffic just disappears in front of me
Can you guys add an option for disabling the driver camera not centering while stationary because currently it's hard to operate it while driving slowly
Great update, for the vast majority of it I have no comments/suggestions/feedback on what could be improved for me. However the one little thing I noticed - and this might just be an issue for people playing with keyboard controls I don't know - is that when shifting gear there is around a second of lag between you shifting up or down from neutral on the keyboard and it actually changing gear in game - seems the same across multiple vehicles I experimented with. It's not game breaking or ruining my experience of the game in any big way but it's an issue that potentially needs addressing.
There are few glitches on map. 1. Sometimes there are visible glitchy shadows? rendering? in the corner of the screen when using map. 2. Clicking on mission that have visible route, setting a GPS route to that scenario and then clicking on other scenario with visible route will glitch out the map. I managed to take screenshot of it (it's very flashy btw). 3. Sometimes game won't set GPS route using "Set route". Quitting from map will fix it. Few annoying things using gamepad. 1. Entering the scenario we need manually select "Play". It used to be already selected. 2. In Bus mission settings cannot be toggled using gamepad. Crawling mission on ECUSA after completion will ask if we want continue with current or previous vehicle. Looks like it doesn't work (we can't use other car either?) and game will delete vehicle instead.
Because it's stunt car, stunt cars need cheap and easily available engines if any breaks down during the shoot.
Yeah safe mode makes no difference unfortunately. Could it be a (manually installed?) mod somewhere in the actual game files? I seem to remember poking around there in the past when I wanted to learn how to make a mod myself, but I don't (think I) remember actually changing/adding anything.
It's possible to break settings for Bus mission. First start the mission. Then, bring menu. Select different settings for mission and use "Restart" option. Now settings options have question mark and it's impossible to change settings anymore. There is bus route where from this bus stop we need take right turn into that road angled on 45 degree. With traffic if there is car coming or waiting on red light it's impossible to take that turn. Now few issues with parking markings. Misaligned: Placed on bus stop Not to mention that these parking markings are incorrect. In Maine there are rectangular markings with few variations. Examples: Old Town Bangor In Portland instead of separating each parking space with perpendicular line, there is just one parallel line separating road from parking zone. Little nitpicky but I personally would reduce number of bus stops in town on ECUSA.
I'm experiencing a new problem with the screenshot system UI, and even if this was an intentional change, I'd like for it to be reverted. Since the update, I've noticed that the numberpad on my keyboard no longer allows the camera to be rotated with the number keys on the keyboard - instead, those seem to move around and select the orange buttons on the screen. WASD allows me to move around the camera, but I cannot change the angle at all. What this effectively means is that once screenshot mode is entered, there is no way to fine-tune the direction the camera is facing, which greatly reduces the utility of Photo Mode. On the upside, I haven't encountered the bug that places the Photo Mode UI in completed screenshots since the update (the above image was created using the an external tool)
