I know about it, I will fix it later. I'm planning on adding a Skill Shop, so "exploits" like these will have to be ironed out by then, but it's not a huge deal at the moment.
Fair enough. Perhaps you could make a config menu which would add the option to choose between "chill" mode which has the unpatched "exploits" (but the skill points are not real, and cannot be redeemed for Skill shop items), and a "normal" mode, which is patched exploits and skill points are real. But I'm not sure how much effort all this would take to add and balance.
Adding multiple themes that you can switch to is something I'd like to do, but I don't think I'll do all of them. Maybe the style Horizon 3 or 4, and one that would match better with the look and feel of BeamNG.
I love the idea of this mod tbh btw for some reason it makes many in-game texts stay in the middle when applying it
I know about the issue, and it has already been fixed in the next update. It's currently awaiting approval, should be available shortly.

I actually like the centered text under each vehicle picture... Not the other centered text, just the ones under the vehicle pictures --- Post updated --- I know it was a bug, but I think it looked nice
Hello, I downloaded the updated version which was supposed to increase drift angle to earn points but for some reason there remains a issue from the first version that count's driving normally as drifting so you can continuously earn drift points. Here's a clip of it
Yeah, unfortunately I got the same issue with drift points, I'm driving completely straight with no wheelspin and I'm still getting points for drifting. Gfycat Video - Click to Play - Direct Link
Initially I had problems reproducing the issue on my end, however after playing around with limiting my framerate, it seems like this issue only appears at around 50 fps and below. Above 60 fps this issue ceases to exist. I'll try to fix this as soon as possible. Thank you for the feedback!
Good news! I believe I managed to iron out the low FPS drift bug! On another note, I also updated/added new icons, and thew in a new skill as well. If all goes well, the update should be out sometime tomorrow. Stay tuned!
What are your plans for the future of this mod? are new things on the horizon? It's Great but I think it'd be even better if it recorded your top 10 highest drift chains for each track so that next time you load up you have an incentive to use this and beat it. Perhaps it would be visible in game at the track selection screen? I like the idea of knowing your previous records on each map. Cool mod though 10/10 Unrelated, but just another cool idea for maybe another rare modder out there with a lot of free time.., if anyone's played some oldschool arcade racers like burnout 1/2 and juiced, Here's a mode (similar to juiced's speed challenge mode): You have a 30 second timed checkpoint system and instead of forcing you to progress through the level in a fixed route, you can free roam, drive wherever you want, but once you get upto speed, say 40mph you cannot dip below that speed for more than a certain number of points or else you won't make the next checkpoint. This way the player has to keep driving above minimum speed to get to the next checkpoint to get high score, but they can game the system by driving wherever they want, which can present new opportunities to map exploration. additionally, perhaps bonus points/time awarded for risky driving. I'd make it unlimited checkpoints, but only 30 second intervals and see how far I can make it in various cars. Would be a good shakedown to see if your car is tuned right. For reference the "target speed" (or whatever its called) gamemode in Juiced, skip to 55:20 for a perfect orange skyline run then run 2 at 1:09:46 in a camaro, where he dips below speed and game tells him to "drive faster" or else he loses (after I think 3-5 seconds of being under speed you get disqualified) and for different hatchback run(short) 1:20:16
Thank you! For now I'll keep adding more skills, I'd also really like to add some that would need you to interact with other cars (near miss, thread the needle, trading paint, and the like). The end goal would be to have a menu that you could access by clicking on the app. This would have a Skill Shop tab, where you can spend the Skill Points you earn from performing skills to unlock perks, such as a higher maximum multiplier, making the skill chain take two crashes to end, extra % of score earned for a skill type, and so on. On the other tab you could see your personal best skill chain score, the number of drift/air/speed/etc. skills you have performed, things like these. Perhaps also some achievements for performing X number of Y skill, or getting a skill chain score higher than Z. Might be a bit ambitious, we'll just have to see how it will work out.
that sounds like a whole lot of fun, personally I'd be just content with simply "best record" for each map that are visible but I'm excited to see where you're taking this stunning mod!
